At JR Products, we take the time to honor one employee each year who goes above and beyond their job function with our “Employee of the Year” award. For 2018 we were very proud to honor Tara Reynolds, Production & Picking Manager, with this award. Tara exemplifies the work ethic and attitude of a star employee. She is a consummate team player who is loved and respected by all of her peers, employees and management. Not only was she the choice of company ownership, she was almost unanimously selected by our employee vote as well.
